The unique feature of a Fishtail Incannel Gouge is that the blade tapers from the cutting edge to the shank, permitting greater flexibility and control when working in tight areas. Another plus: the incannel bevel allows you to make concave perpendicular scribing cuts, which are difficult to do with normal Incannel Gouges. Tool is razor-sharp, with approximately a #5 sweep. Blade length is 2-1/2", with an overall length of 9-1/4".
