The handles are made from kiln dried birch and each knive comes with a well made leather sheath. The High Carbon Carpenter's Knife is for general use around the home and shop and work site. The blade length is 3-3/8˝ and overall length is 7-3/4˝. With Finnish blacksmith Heimo Roselli, functionality is a priority.
