• The Jig comes fully assembled, ready to use straight out of the box. No special fittings required for your router or table.

• The Jig can easily handle work pieces up to 1200 mm long and 300 mm wide. Longer workpieces can be handled with care.

• The height of the cutter does not need to be set accurately, unlike most other jigs. Micro adjustment to get the fit you want – once set no further adjustments are required!

• Suitable for use with any router table or mini-spindle, including all Triton router tables.

• The Jig Block is now made from an Aluminum Extrusion for extra strength and rigidity.

• Templates are machined from laminated Phenolic Resin using computer-controlled machinery.

• Now comes standard with two Sliding Stops.

• The Jig uses its own special tungsten carbide tipped router bits, made by CARB-I-TOOL in Melbourne, which are included in the packages. All bits come fitted with a bearing on the shank.
