Japanese Traditiional Style Hunting Knife - Kazuyuki

This is a Traditional Style Knife used by Japanese hunters. It is designed for cutting meats in the field; The blade is hand a forged lamination of high carbon blue steel for sharpness and 16 layers of damascus pattern soft steels for strength by master blacksmith Kazuyuki Tanaka. The handle is wrapped with nylon cord to ensure a firm grip even when wet. Blade length is 4˝ and overall length is 9˝. Each knife is sent razor sharp with a blade cover and directions for care and sharpening.
