Our Titan Folding Knife has a 5˝ long blade with an overall length of 11½˝. When folded, it is only 6½˝ long. With a light weight plastic handle, it weighs slightly over two and one half ounces. A button locks the blade in either the fully opened or full closed position. The titanium blade is impervious to acidic and alkaline foods and will never rust, tarnish or harbor odors and is razor sharp! This knife is intended for food preperation and should not be used to pry or hack.

Boy Scout Troops have purchased many of these as it is the only food knife we have found that meets their national safe camping standards. The kids, and adult leaders alike, love this knife for it's ease of use, amazing ultra-light weight, and small pack size.
