Our #180 Grit Moss Shapton M-15 Ceramic Water Stone will very rapidly remove material to fix chips and change the overall shape of the edge. The stones are fired to a high temperature with a mixture of very coarse #180 abrasive and a clay binder. It is a solid 8-1/4" x 2-3/4" x 5/8" #180 grit abrasive laminated to a wooden base with rubber feet to give a non-slip working surface. Sharpton M15 ceramic stones are intended for the professional and serious user.
