This 4¼˝ General Purpose Paring Knife is hand forged lamination of SK-5 high carbon tool steel and soft iron hardened to Rockwell 62-63. This process creates a strong, sharp blade that can easily be re-sharpened. The business was started by in 1892 and has since produced a wide variety of knives and scissors. Each knife comes well sharpened with instructions for care and maintenance.
